		<Abstract>This study aims to find the structural equations of citizenship rights based on cultural policies and sustainable social development in government organizations. The existing research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose and in terms of the method is descriptive correlational research. The statistical population of the research includes all employees of government organizations and departments in Kerman in 2020 and the sample size using Cochran&#039;s formula is 378 people. Classes are selected randomly. Data collection includes three research questionnaires: 96 questions about Cultural Policies with a validity of 0.84, a reliability of 0.971, a questionnaire of 71 questions about sustainable social development with a validity of 0.94 and a reliability of 0.935 and a questionnaire of 71 questions of citizenship rights with a validity of 0.91 and Reliability was 0.966. For data analysis, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling were used using SPSS and AMOS22 software. The results showed that the proposed model to explain the provision of citizenship rights based on cultural policies and sustainable social development in government organizations has an acceptable fit. According to the research results, there is a significant relationship between cultural policies and citizenship rights in government organizations. There is also a significant relationship between sustainable social development and citizenship rights in government organizations.</Abstract>
