		<Abstract>This paper introduces a new subclass in the open unit disc of analytic functions. It is mainly defined by the modified q-Opoola derivative operator. A coefficient inequality is obtained, and other properties like distortion and closure theorems are derived. Moreover, extreme points of the differential operator are also given. Additionally, Hadamard products (or convolution) of functions respective to the class are also included.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In this work, the dynamics of the Modified Halley&#039;s method to multiple roots are established. We find the fixed and critical points. The stable and unstable behaviors are studied. The parameter space associated with the method is studied and finally, some dynamical planes that show different aspects of the dynamics of this method are presented.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>With its rapid expansion in more sectors, for instance, wearables, smart sensors, plus house devices, the Internet of Things (IoT) is drifted to have a significant influence on many parts of our life. IoT devices stand out for their connectivity, ubiquity, and low processing power. By 2025, there will likely be 30.9 billion devices adjoined to the Internet, since the count of IoT devices in use worldwide is growing quickly. This eruption about IoT devices, which in analogy to desktop PCs, can be quickly increased, has caused an increase in occurrences of IoT-based cyber intrusions. It is necessary to create new methods for identifying attacks launched from hacked IoT devices in order to address this challenge. The best detective control solution against attacks caused by IoT devices, in this context, uses machine and deep learning approaches. This paper attempts some analysis of technologies, threats arising from IoT devices, and intrusion detection system overview as they associate with IoT systems. The investigation of several machine learning plus deep learning concepts appropriate for identifying IoT devices linked with cyberattacks is also included in this paper.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In many nonlinear systems, regular and chaotic behaviours are strongly linked to the energy variability of the system. Energy variability plays a major role in chaotic systems. The Melnikov function provides a measure of the distance between a stable and unstable manifold. If the two manifolds intersect, chaos is possible. The concept of energy variability is introduced in this work through the Melnikov integral. In this paper, we apply the energy variability approach to plasma oscillations modelled by the modified Duffing equation. Due to the energy variability approach, the plasma oscillations show very interesting results during the evolution shown by the works. We observed periodic, quasiperiodic and chaotic oscillations in the system by adjusting the amplitude (f ) of the external excitation, energy variability parameter ( ε), quadratic (β) and cubic (δ) nonlinear parameters. Control of chaos is also observed in some parameter values. The numerical results are demonstrated by a bifurcation diagram, phase plot, Poincare map and time series graph.&lt;br /&gt;%</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Man is the tool of development, the axis and goal of development. Human resources are the greatest potential and the most important resource in organizations and institutions, so the most important role in the development of any institution is to identify the human capabilities of that institution. The main approach in this research is to build a multi-level structural model using the practical experience and knowledge of experts, which is extracted by breaking down a complex system into several subsystems. In the qualitative part, the fuzzy Delphi technique and taxonomy model originating from the fuzzy mean method have been used to identify, screen and evaluate the variables, and in the quantitative part, the (ISM) and (SEM) techniques, as well as the (MICMAC) diagram, have been used to analyze the power of penetration and dependence of research variables. The validation of the model has been derived from the partial least squares (PLS) method and from three indices: AVE, CR and Cronbach&#039;s alpha. In this study, to fit the structural model, the coefficient of determination index $(R^{2})$, the Stone-Geiser index $(Q^{2})$ and the goodness of fit index (GOF) have also been used. The results of bootstrapping at the level of 5\% error, assuming that the value of the bootstrapping statistic t-value is greater than 1.96, indicate the correlations observed and the significance of the Variables in the proposed model.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Nowadays, financial information is an important strategic tool in economic decision making and certainly, the quality of decisions depends on the accuracy, precision and timeliness of the information. The commercial press has an important role in disseminating information to market participants and affecting the financial performance of companies. From the investors&#039; point of view, covering the news related to earnings announcements and raising capital by the commercial press is so important, because of their help to assess the future perspective of the company. In order to investigate the effect of commercial press notifications on earnings management based on accruals, the data of 147 manufacturing companies listed on Tehran exchanges and the OTC market from 2011 to 2019 are examined and tested through panel data. The results show that there is a negative and significant relationship between raising capital and earnings announcement news coverage by the commercial press and real earnings management. However, there was no significance in examining the role of commercial press publishing in raising capital and earnings announcements on real earnings management. It was found that there is a negative and significant relationship between the creating role of the commercial press in earnings announcements and real earnings management. Also, there was no relationship between the creating role of the commercial press in raising capital and real earnings management.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In this paper, we consider a mathematical model with fractional derivatives in the sense of Caputo with respect to time. It describes the spread of an infectious disease that is directly transmitted in an age-structured population and whose transmission coefficient varies with age. We formulate the basic model as an abstract fractional Cauchy problem on a Banach space to prove the existence, and uniqueness of a local mild solution and ensure the global existence of a solution. Moreover, the results for the existence and uniqueness of non-trivial steady states are also demonstrated under the appropriate conditions.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In this paper, we presented both the concept of  Daniell space and the extension of Daniell space with some basic results related to these spaces when the Daniell functional on a Banach lattice space.  The extension of Daniell&#039;s space has been proven a complete space.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The Planar Inverted-F antenna (PIFA) is becoming more popular in the new multi-band mobile phone industry for&lt;br /&gt;transceiver systems of wireless communication systems. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a&lt;br /&gt;planar inverted-F antenna for wireless communication. This device can work in the S-band resonance frequency range.&lt;br /&gt;Because the antenna is a quarter wavelength, the antenna size and return loss are reduced. The practical results of&lt;br /&gt;the used antenna showed that the return loss is about 34.20 dB, the voltage Standing Wave Ratio(VSWR) is 1.18258,&lt;br /&gt;and the bandwidth is 220 MHz. Theoretically, the directivity, gain, and input impedance values were also calculated&lt;br /&gt;as 5.617 dB,5.247 dB, and 50 Ω, respectively. Therefore, the desired antenna is considered to perform well in terms&lt;br /&gt;of return loss and voltage. It can be utilized in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Long Term Evolution (LTE) applications in&lt;br /&gt;fourth-generation cellular communications (4G).</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The purpose of this study is the effect of tax incentives on tax collection in the comprehensive tax plan using Grounded theory and the structural equation model. The method used in this study was a hybrid method including a qualitative method based on the Grounded theory approach and a quantitative method based on the structural equation approach. The research was conducted in three stages. In the first step, which was done qualitatively, the data are collected through structured interviews with a statistical sample (experts). In the second stage, key themes were extracted and converted into the corresponding model. In the last step, the extracted model was tested, which was done quantitatively. At the qualitative stage, the statistical population consists of two groups. The first group includes specialists and experts who have been faculty members of universities and the second group includes experts and managers who have at least 10 years of experience in the field of finance and taxation. A sampling at this stage of the research was purposeful and 12 in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted using theoretical sampling and the snowball technique of managers, tax experts and financial management. In a small part of the statistical population of the study, the taxpayers were the General Department of Tax Affairs of Mazandaran Province. According to the survey, the statistical population was 40,000 companies and based on the Morgan table, the sample size was 380 files. In the present study, the data obtained from the text of the interviews were analyzed by MAXQDA software in order to increase the accuracy and speed of the research. In this research, 98 codes extracted from 12 detailed interviews with experts and specialists in the field of research have become 33 more abstract concepts and finally, 5 categories have been identified. The coefficient of achievement of structural equations shows that the variables of Ease of understanding and usefulness of the rules, Security and speed rules, Rules Support Services, Effectiveness of laws, and Conditions for facilitating the rules have a positive and significant effect on tax payments by taxpayers.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The aim of this study is to investigate r-circulant matrices containing Mersenne and Fermat numbers with arithmetic indices. We obtain the eigenvalues and determinants of these matrices implicitly. In addition, limits for matrix norms and spectral norms of these matrices are obtained. 		<Abstract>Nowadays, money transfer through the internet has become so popular because of its convenience and speed which makes users&#039; lives easier. Even so, the safety of these transactions has been threatened by illegal activities causing great difficulty and loss for users. One of those unauthorized actions is fraud through credit cards used for financial transactions on online platforms. Therefore, research in detecting and early warning of fraudulent transactions through credit cards is essential today. In this paper, we propose a new approach for the task of early detection of fraudulent transactions based on a combination of two main methods, behavioral analysis techniques and supervised machine learning algorithms. Specifically, based on the behavioral analysis technique proposed in this paper, we have selected and extracted new features. These are features that have not been reported in previous studies. In addition, for the classification method, we propose to use a new advanced supervised machine learning algorithm, XGBoost. This is a newly researched and proposed machine learning algorithm. Based on the proposed approach in this paper, we have not only succeeded in synthesizing, analyzing and extracting the anomalous behavior of fraudulent transactions but also improved the efficiency of detecting suspicious transactions. Some experimental scenarios proposed in the paper have proven that our proposal in this paper is not only meaningful in terms of science but also in practical terms when the results of the paper have been proven more effective than some other approaches.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The present study is problem-oriented applied research seeking to figure out the role and effect of technology models in and on the creation and development of the knowledge-based industrial clusters in Sistan and Baluchestan Province using the system dynamics approach and Vensim Simulation Method. The required information for the research has been collected through library research and field studies based on open interviews with 12 experts who have been selected via judgmental and purposive sampling methods. The research’s causal diagram has been drawn following the identification of the risk indices and dimensions based on experts’ notions through the use of a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. In the end, corresponding to the system’s dynamics modelling, the research’s dynamic model has been designed using Vensim Software. In this regard, two objectives are sought considering the region’s infrastructures and potential: the first is the improvement of the regional development through setting the required grounds and acquiring technologies effective in the development and introduction of the new industries; the second goal is an enhancement of the industries’ competitive potency in terms of the industrial clusters’ growth and development within the framework of the macro-level economic policies. The article can be utilized in various industrial arenas and it can also express a perspective about the industrial clusters of science and technology usable by the private sector within a development process capable of accelerating economic growth. That is because technology development is among the inevitable stages of modern technologies’ advancement and use, and, in fact, research organizations should find the proper grounds for their research findings and provide the investors with their research accomplishments because it can in this way lead to the formation of novel industries and, on the other hand, heightening of the efforts parallel to the presentation of a vivid image of the potential and actual competencies to the industrial clusters which can subsequently take part in the creation of new job, entrepreneurship and innovation opportunities.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Effective design of flying ad-hoc networks (FANET) requires creating a reliable model of network behavior at various interconnection levels. The greatest differences between ad-hoc and hierarchical networks are concentrated on the lower four levels (physical, channel, network, and transport). Software simulators of computer networks have a simplified nature of the physical layer and also do not allow obtaining analytical solutions as a result of the modeling process. The developed hierarchical model for the formation of information signals allows to perform an analytical description of various communication channels and telecommunications equipment. The model can represent communication channels in a flying network while taking into account attenuation, inter-symbol interference, signal propagation over many paths, telecommunications equipment circuits with linear and nonlinear signal generation; circuits with different directions of control signals, namely direct control (FC), backward control (BC) and combined control; multi-channel circuits. Analytical transfer functions of the model are obtained for any number of unfolded hierarchy levels. The UAV transmitter frequency synthesizer is modeled on the basis of a hierarchical signal generation model. The simulation allowed us to determine the conditions for the uniformity of the amplitude-frequency modulation characteristic (AFMC) in the region of the lower modulating frequencies of the synthesizer while maintaining the high operating speed of the synthesizer.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The aim of this study was to better understand the factors affecting auditor switching by emphasizing the features and characteristics of the client environment. In this study, a meta-analysis approach was used to investigate common predictors of auditor switching in order to determine whether previous research has provided a stable picture of audit switching determinants. The research method is meta-analysis using the CMA2 software. Egger&#039;s regression and Funnel plot were also used to assess the bias. By searching for articles published in high-quality international journals and reviewing 67 articles, the variables affecting auditor switching were extracted based on the firm characteristics, and considering their repetitions in other articles and their multiplicity, in this study only the variables with more than 4 repetitions were used. The results of this study showed that variables related to the firm characteristics, such as firm size, firm complexity, and discretionary accruals, lead to switching external auditors, but firm age and systematic risk have no impact on auditor switching. The results of this study provide useful insights into the influence direction and related factors for researchers seeking to model the factors affecting auditor switching. Thus, these variables can be chosen as control variables in research with more confidence and a comprehensive summary of the theoretical foundations of the relationship between these variables can be provided.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Company growth is an important factor in economic growth. Specifically, high-growth companies have attracted considerable attention in governments and political societies, mostly in advanced countries [52]. The role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in developing countries is critical due to their capability to respond to systematic economic shock and their potential to create a job [35]. While the literature in this area indicates the high importance of SMEs in the economy of the countries, the growth of these companies is important too. So many discussions are generated in the area of small and SMEs&#039; growth due to the importance of these enterprises. In this regard, company growth theories were always considered an important factor in the evolution of commercial literature. The variety of influential factors on the company growth is the characteristic of literature relevant to the area that tries to explain influential factors on the company growth [44]. Given the diversity of the economic and cultural environment, there is no agreement on the influential factors on the growth of the companies.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The dominating sets play an important role in applications of graph theory. In this field, some recent studies discussed the properties of the minimum dominating set ($\gamma $-set). The other type of study produces a topological space from the set of vertices or the set of edges of a graph. The previous paper introduces a new method to construct a graph $G_{\tau }$ from the topological space. In this paper, the dominating set and the domination number of $G_{\tau }$ are proved with their inverse. The domination number and inverse domination number of corona operation and join operation between two graphs are discussed.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>One of the important paths of development in any country is the development of financing tools for various projects. There are different methods of financing business activities that different organizations can use for financing. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to present the developed model of financing construction projects of Islamic Azad University using modern financing tools. The statistical population is all employees of the headquarters, financial affairs management, credit affairs management, investment department, managers and vice-presidents of Islamic Azad University, which was conducted in the time period of 2011 using a probabilistic method and 141 people were estimated. In order to collect data, a questionnaire tool was used, which confirmed the face validity and reliability of 93.9% and was analyzed through SPSS and PLS software. According to the opinions of the experts, the results of ranking and importance regarding the new financing instruments, in the order of participation bonds, derivative instruments, futures contracts, Sukuk, mortgage bonds and certificates of deposit, as well as the results of the structural model of Sukuk, have the highest direct effect and future contracts have the least effect. It is about financing the construction projects of Islamic Azad University. The results of the research hypotheses indicate the great impact and role of partnership bonds, derivative instruments, future contracts, sukuk, mortgage bonds and certificates of deposit in the construction projects of Islamic Azad University.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The primary motivation of the paper is to give necessary and sufficient condition for the power series distribution (Pascal model) to be in the subclasses $\mathcal{VS}_{p}\left( \vartheta ,\gamma ,\kappa \right) $ and $\mathcal{VC}_p(\vartheta ,\gamma ,\kappa )$ of analytic functions. Further, to obtain certain connections between the Pascal distribution series and subclasses of normalized analytic functions whose coefficients are probabilities of the Pascal distribution.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This study aims to evaluate and prioritize the determinants of the strategy for entering the international markets. To achieve the goal, the literature and the background of the research were systematically reviewed and 4 important factors, including product features, features of the target market, company features, and exporting features, were identified as the determinants of the exporting strategy in the National Iranian Drilling Co. Then, the identified components were verified using the structural equation modeling by surveying 213 people of the company staff. In the next step, the extracted components were prioritized by 7 managers&#039; ideas of this company using the BWM. The results showed that the most important determinant of the strategy for entering the international market is the product features among the identified components from the managers&#039; view. Then, 3 factors of company features, features of the target market, and exporting features, respectively, were placed in the next categories.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The purpose of this paper is to obtain new complexity results for solving the semidefinite optimization (SDO) problem. We define a new proximity function for the SDO by a new kernel function with an efficient logarithmic barrier term. Furthermore, we formulate an algorithm for the large and small-update primal-dual interior-point method (IPM) for the SDO. It is shown that the best result of iteration bounds for large-update methods and small-update methods can be achieved, namely $\mathcal{O}\left(qn^{\frac{q+1}{2q}}\log \frac{n}{\epsilon }\right) $\ for large-update and $\mathcal{O}(q^{2}\sqrt{n}\log \frac{n}{\epsilon })$ for small-update methods, where $q&gt;1.$ The analysis in this paper is new and different from the one using for LO. Several new tools and techniques are derived in this paper. Furthermore, numerical tests to investigate the behavior of the algorithm so as to be compared with other approaches.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The examination aims to create and test a scientific model for strength appraisal of production network chances against the dangers of framework and its individual levels. In such manner a multi-technique research approach is received as follows: By utilizing information envelopment investigation (DEA) and fluffy set hypothesis, a fluffy organization DEA model has been proposed to survey danger in generally supply chains and their individual levels. The proposed model is tried by studying of 130 individuals in specific petrochemical organizations in Iran. The overview results show a generous variety in flexibility evaluations between the general petrochemical supply chains and their individual levels. 		<Abstract>In this paper, we obtain approximate analytical solutions for the fractional predator-prey and the generalized fractional Lorenz-Stenflo systems using the Sumudu decomposition method. The fractional derivative is described in the Caputo sense. The results show that the method gives an easy-to-implement procedure and accurate approximate solutions.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This paper introduces the methods for constructing the exact solutions of systems of nonlinear Advection-Diffusion-Reaction (ADR) equations with delay and variable coefficients. ADR systems of equations are coupled models which can be used to describe a set of interacting processes. Precepts are given for reducing such systems of equations to simpler systems of delayed ordinary differential equations by using modified methods of functional constraints. New exact solutions are presented in the form of traveling wave solutions. Exact solutions are prescribed to particular nonlinear ADR systems of equations for illustration. Significant arbitrary functions are present in the solutions which justify the suitability of the solutions for solving various modelling problems, validating the potency of numeric, asymptotic, and approximate analytical methods. The range of applicability of the results in this paper is universal as the results involve variable coefficients and delay.</Abstract>
