A new iterative scheme for approximating a solution of the split equality monotone inclusion problem (SEMIP) of maximal monotone mappings in the setting of Banach spaces is introduced. Strong convergence of the sequence generated by the proposed scheme to a solution of the SEMIP is then derived without prior knowledge of operator norms of the linear operators involved. In addition, we provide applications of our method and provide numerical examples to illustrate the convergence of the proposed scheme. Our results generalize, improve and extend many results in the literature.

In this research, the fit of the model according to the GOF criterion shows a strong fit for this model. Also, based on the standardized root mean square residual index (SRMR), which has recently become more preferred, the acceptable fit of this model has been confirmed. The findings showed that firstly, there is a significant correlation between the constructs of the health action process approach model and micro-savings behavior among the study participants. Secondly, the constructs of action self-efficacy, outcome expectations and risk awareness were able to predict 62% of the variance of behavioral intention, and also, the intention with the mediation of planning together with maintenance self-efficacy and recovery self-efficacy, 59% of the behavior variance. They predicted small savings. Conclusion: In this study, we found that intention, action self-efficacy, planning and self-efficacy play a role as the most important determining factors in the adherence to savings in the target community. It was found that HAPA is useful in determining the predictors of adherence to savings among people. It is promising to design intervention programs to improve the level of adherence to savings by considering these factors. Macro policymakers and market leaders, especially financial businesses, should focus on the self-efficacy and planning of people in designing such interventions so that they can change the financial behavior of customers for the benefit of savings for themselves and their customers.

Nowadays, using the most up-to-date and appropriate methods and paradigms in management sciences is necessary for successful management to make the best decisions to guide organizational groups. This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the establishment of systems thinking to develop a structural-interpretive model in companies active in the sugar industry. This study was conducted on 400 managers, officials, and experts of the five studied companies, and 196 samples were selected based on a purposive judgment method according to Morgan’s table. The research collection tools were library studies and a researcher-made questionnaire with 57 questions based on the Likert scale technique and a standard ISM method questionnaire. The reliability of the researcher-made questionnaire was checked based on Cronbach’s alpha test and composite reliability. The exploratory factor analysis approach was used to identify the desired variables. Based on data analysis in Smart PLS software, ten factors were identified as influential factors in establishing systems thinking based on the Varimax rotation method and explaining 40.8% of the variance of the variables. In the standard steps of the structural-interpretive modeling approach, the variables extracted as model structures were divided into four levels of importance and used in designing strategies and plans for any organization to make the necessary decisions and policies.

In today's era, businesses are increasingly faced with dynamic and changing environments, and many businesses are not only not creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial, but they are also unable to coordinate with the developments, advances and changes of this era, and often with Traditional inefficient methods continue their trend and on the other hand, in the international competitive environment, businesses are looking for competitive power to survive. In this research, we seek to investigate and identify the components of the business model based on competitiveness in the petrochemical industry and finally design and present the relevant model for the growth of this field in the petrochemical industry. Therefore, according to the research purpose, future research was conducted using the research synthesis method. Since reviewing and summarizing the findings of past studies is an important step in drawing a comprehensive picture of the implementation of international financial reporting standards, their synthesis will be considered. In the first step, with a comprehensive search of sources, the samples needed for the source will be obtained, and in a 3-step refinement, articles related to the qualitative research method were selected from them. Concepts were extracted from the articles and categories were extracted by rereading the concepts. Finally, 93 sub-codes were extracted that indicate the factors affecting the business model of the petrochemical industry based on competitiveness. In the next stage, using these codes and according to the proximity of their meanings and definitions, 31 axial codes (themes) were defined. In the last stage, the themes were compiled under the four main components of market conditions, customer category, cost and profit, and administrative and organizational structures.

This research was done to design a competitive advantage model with an emphasis on brand identity in the clothing industry. The statistical population in the qualitative phase includes 15 experts and managers of clothing manufacturing companies who were selected in a non-random way. The main tool of data collection is a semi-structured in-depth interview. Qualitative data analysis was done with the method of database theory and using MAXQDA software. The statistical population in the quantitative part, statistical population in the quantitative part included all customers of clothing products in Tehran city, based on which a sample of 384 people was selected using Morgan's table. Data collection was done in the quantitative section using a questionnaire and data analysis with the partial least squares method and SMART-PLS software. Based on the obtained paradigm model, the components related to competitive advantage with emphasis on brand identity in the Clothing industry in six categories of causal factors (brand identity and competitiveness factors), background conditions (product and service advantage), central phenomenon (competitive advantage), strategies (company planning), intervening conditions (competition management factors) and outcomes (brand loyalty, brand identity, brand orientation and market share) were identified.

The purpose of the current research is to explain the model of maintaining human resources in the critical conditions of Covid-19 in Qom municipality. This is an applied research, and in terms of method, it is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the research includes all managers and employees of Qom Municipality, in the number of 3700 people, of which 348 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula and selected by simple random. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to ensure the existence or non-existence of a causal relationship between the research variables and to check the suitability of the observed data with the conceptual model of the research, the indicators and items of maintaining human resources in the critical conditions of Covid-19 were tested using the structural equation model. In this research, structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) methods have been used to test and fit the model. According to the findings of the research, the validity of all indicators and items of human resource maintenance in the critical conditions of Covid-19 was confirmed. The results showed that the t value of the indicators of maintaining human resources in the critical conditions of Covid-19 in Qom municipality is more than its critical value at the level of 5 percent (1.96) and therefore the validity of the indicators and items of maintaining human resources in the critical conditions of Covid-19 It was approved in Qom Municipality. Also, according to the results of the structural model tests, it can be said that the indicators and issues of maintaining human resources in the critical conditions of Covid-19 have a good explanatory power in the research model.
Cities undergo changes and transformations according to their geographical location and human and natural factors. In this regard, they experience various natural and human threats and crises. Therefore, strategies and effective factors should be identified and used by the threats. In this context, it is essential to emphasize defence factors and reduce vulnerability. In this research, the aim is to identify and analyze the effective defence factors in the vulnerability of the new city of Andisheh and then develop a scenario to deal with natural and human threats. The descriptive-analytical research method is based on data collection from library and field methods. The field data collection method was a questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed through elites and its reliability with Cronbach's alpha greater than 0.70. The statistical population of the research was also formed by experts and elites of urban management in Andisheh City, and 50 people were determined as the sample size. Analyzes were performed with prospective tools such as interaction effects analysis and Mic Mac software. The result showed that 50 factors are known in the subject field. The analysis of the results shows that the factors of reducing the city's reserve lands with the establishment of new uses as well as non-observance of the prohibitions of dangerous uses are among the important influencing factors, and on the other hand, the variables of increasing migration to Andisheh city as well as non-observance of defence and crisis management standards as The most important influencing factors are known. To reduce the vulnerability of Andisheh city, 10 scenarios have been proposed, and based on the results, 4 scenarios include one scenario as the strongest scenario, one scenario as a favourable trend, and two scenarios as critical scenarios, as possible scenarios to reduce the vulnerability of the new city of Andisheh. were chosen. With the realization of each of the scenarios, the city's vulnerability will change. The strongest scenario has a lot of emphasis on improving the indicators, including increasing the use of urban reserve lands, complying with the prohibitions of dangerous uses, and controlling the growth of immigration in a short schedule.

In this paper, a new hybrid direct fuzzy quantum control is designed for a class of quantum stochastic systems where the dynamics of the state variable are prescribed via a Quantum Stochastic Differential Equation (QSDE) with respect to a quantum Brownian motion on a quantum probability space. The presented control is comprised of two parts, an adaptive fuzzy control part that performs the main control action and a quantum-fuzzy control part that is implemented when the existence and uniqueness of the solution are not established. Thereby, the adjusted laws of the control parameters and the quantum-fuzzy rules are designed via the Lyapunov-based technique such that the stability of the system is guaranteed. One theorem for facilitating the Fuzzy controller design algorithm is presented and proved. The proposed control method enhances the applicability of the quantum stochastic control theory for many practical control problems such as portfolio management. Therefore, theoretical results are illustrated by simulating the pairs trading problem. According to simulation results, the performance of the pairs trading strategy is improved as an increasing return portfolio that is controlled by the proposed method.

The presence of soluble layers in the foundation of important structures such as dams, bridges and high-rise buildings, in case of being left untreated, may cause severe problems. These layers may easily be dissolved due to contact with groundwater flow, causing some cavities in the soil and settlement of the structure which in severe conditions may highly damage or ultimately lead to failure of the structure. Since nearly all studies carried out on soluble layers so far, have been concentrated on different factors influencing the solubility of the layers under free field conditions, the effect of overburden which roots from the weight of the structure may have an important and influential role in the phenomenon in many engineering projects. Therefore, to fill the gap in past studies on this topic, investigating the effect of overburden on the rate and types of solubility of the susceptible layers is of great necessity and importance. In the present study, the effect of overburden pressures on solubility and erosion of soluble layers has been assessed and investigated. The circulation tests on cubical gypsum samples taken from a mine in Semnan province, west of Tehran, have been carried out. At the same time, they were subjected to different overburden pressures in a new apparatus developed for this study. Cylindrical holes of different initial diameters from 6.5 to 14.75 mm. were cut in the center of samples for the flow passing through and the final diameters of the holes were measured after the electrical conductivity of the flow getting stable during the circulation test. Different flow rates, different overburden pressures and different diameters of holes have been examined and the electrical conductivity was monitored during circulation continuously. Based on the testing results, for relatively large initial hole diameters (eg: 9 & 12.5 mm.), the electrical conductivity decreases as the overburden increases. For greater hole diameters the rate of decreasing the electrical conductivity decreases and nearly becomes constant by increasing the overburden. Nevertheless, the variations of electrical conductivity get an unspecific trend by increasing the initial hole diameter and the overburden pressure.

Today, corporate governance is of great importance for the success of banks as centers of financial exchanges and financing of companies. However, the absence of a corporate governance model based on Islamic principles in Iran's banking system shows the need to pay more attention to this matter. Based on this, the present study was conducted to design and develop an optimal corporate governance and ownership model to reduce risk and improve performance. This research was of a qualitative type and a thematic analysis method was used to develop the model. The research community included academic experts and banking experts, 16 people were selected based on the purposeful sampling method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and to achieve reliability, consultants and experts familiar with the banking field and familiar with the subject were used, and to determine reliability, the strategy of confirmation of research colleagues was used, based on this, validity and reliability were confirmed. Based on the results of the interviews, 10 themes were categorized in the form of 4 main concepts of social responsibility, the formation of specialized committees, the structure of the board of directors and the efficient agent, and the emphasis on Islamic principles and transparency.

One of the standard criteria for expressing the relationship between two random variables is the correlation coefficient. Correlation between variables shows that changing the value of one variable leads to changing another variable in a certain direction. It is also possible to use the value of one variable to predict the value of another. In statistics, the correlation coefficient measures the direction and strength of the tendency to change. In machine learning, the correlation coefficient is known as a measure of classification quality. In fact, as a starting step for classification, the correlation between different samples should be estimated using a specific method. There are various methods to estimate the correlation of different data types, which have disadvantages such as low accuracy or high computational time. One of the methods that can overcome these problems, due to its high capability in modeling correlation between samples is graphical modeling. In this research, a new covariance model based on graph theory and graph neural network for estimating the correlation between samples is presented. The results show the improvement of the proposed model in accuracy, sensitivity, precision, F-Micro, F-Macro and statistical tests compared to Pearson and cosine methods.

The aim of this study was to investigate the professional and organizational identity of auditors and commercialization in auditing firms with an emphasis on the moderating role of Machiavellianism. In order to achieve the research goal, about 384 questionnaires were distributed and collected among the auditors of auditing firms in Iran as a statistical sample. The data collected by the questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS24 and Smart PLS3 software using structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis of research hypotheses using structural equation modeling at a 99% confidence level showed that the professional identity and organizational identity of auditors have a positive and significant effect on the market orientation of auditing firms. The professional identity and organizational identity of auditors have a positive and significant effect on the customer orientation of auditing firms. The professional identity and organizational identity of auditors have a positive and significant effect on the direction of the processes of auditing firms. Machiavellianism has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between the professional identity of auditors and the market orientation, customer and processes of auditing firms. Machiavellianism has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between auditors' organizational identity and market orientation, customer and auditing firm processes. Based on the obtained results, it can be stated that commercialization in auditing firms is influenced by the professional and organizational identity of auditors, and in the meantime, Machiavellian behavior of auditors can also moderate the effects. Therefore, auditing firms can implement effective commercialization systems by controlling the professional identity and organizational identity of auditors.

Nowadays, smart urban management improves the resilience of cities. Since the resilience of a city increases with the smartening of its infrastructures, so it seems that resilience and smart urban management by using common infrastructures and indicators have an effect on solving today's urban problems. They have a lot. Therefore, this study has identified and prioritized the components of urban intelligence to increase the resilience of cities as its main goal. This study is based on practical purpose and in terms of data collection, it is a descriptive correlational type that has used library sources and a questionnaire to collect the required information. The questionnaire of this study is a researcher-made questionnaire and consists of 105 questions whose validity and reliability have been confirmed. The statistical population of this study consists of specialists, experts and experts in the field of urban management in Tehran, of which 168 people were randomly selected as a statistical sample using Cochran's formula. In order to analyze the data, the structural equation method and Lisrel and SPSS software were used, and finally, the identified indicators were prioritized based on the AHP method. The obtained results indicate that the components of urban intelligence for the resilience of cities are under the indicators of building, energy, telecommunications, transportation, human services, water and its treatment, public security and payments. The results of prioritizing the indicators also prove that human services, buildings and transportation systems have a higher priority compared to the size of the indicators and it is necessary to be given special attention by the relevant authorities and experts in order to create resilient smart cities.

The main goal of this research is to present a model of Marketing Strategy in the Electricity Industry. Therefore, the current research focuses on the electricity industry and the customers and special markets of this industry and seeks to formulate a marketing strategy in the form of a conceptual model. The present research has used mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative) to collect and analyze its data. In the qualitative part, to collect research data, a semi-structured interview and the opinions of 11 marketing, advertising and sales experts in the electricity industry and related industries were used, and these opinions were analyzed based on the grounded theory method in the Max Kyuda software. The output of the qualitative part includes the identification of dimensions and components related to the four areas of developing a marketing strategy in the electricity industry of the country. In addition, to identify the structure of relationships and weigh the dimensions and components of the model, a quantitative approach and decision-making methods with multiple criteria were used in a fuzzy environment. Based on the final results obtained, the positioning dimension was identified as the most important and key dimension in the field of developing a marketing strategy in the electricity industry of the country, which means the need to focus on the local shaping elements identified for this dimension in the processes of formulating and explaining marketing strategies in the electricity industry of the country.

A common technique for navigation and positioning applications is the Global Positioning System (GPS)/Inertial Navigation System (INS) integration, which combines the strengths of GPS and INS to offer accurate and reliable information. As a standalone system, the performance of the INS deteriorates as time is passed. Kalman Filter (KF) is used for GPS/INS integration, and its performance is excellent for simple data. However, in a complex and natural set environment, its performance degrades when the system performs relatively long; therefore, resolving the long-time problem for the GPS/INS system is challenging. The novelty of this paper is GPS/INS integration with the Faded Kalman Filter (FKF). In the FKF, the measurement updates are weighted differently to adapt to changes in the system. This approach allows the filter to adapt to changes or uncertainties in the system dynamics. GPS/INS integration performance is significantly improved using this algorithm rather than a simple KF. An average of 45% reduces the positioning errors compared to traditional KF.

The objective of this study is to introduce a model for assessing the acceptance of computer-based audit tools and techniques using the ISM technique and to assess its effectiveness through structural equations. The study follows a mixed research approach and employs a survey-cross-sectional design for data collection. The research methodology is primarily exploratory. Conducting two-stage exploratory studies allows for the qualitative findings from the first stage to inform and enhance the results and analysis of the quantitative phase. The target population for the qualitative portion consists of accounting experts and professionals. This study utilized the viewpoints of 20 accounting experts and professors. The surveyed community is primarily composed of professionals, including auditors who hold a bachelor's degree in accounting and auditing. Additionally, these auditors have achieved at least the rank of senior auditor within auditing institutions. Therefore, given the unlimited number of professionals in the quantitative sector, Cochran's formula was employed for unlimited sampling, resulting in the consideration of a certain 384 individuals. Written information and articles were utilised to explore the theoretical aspects and review the existing literature on the research topic. In the qualitative phase, data collection involved conducting library studies and expert interviews. For the quantitative research phase, a questionnaire was employed to gather data. The qualitative data was analyzed using the thematic analysis method. The research findings revealed that the research model comprised a comprehensive theme, three constructive themes, and twelve primary themes. Subsequently, the research model was presented based on the final categories. Interpretive structural modelling was employed to identify and design the pattern of relationships among indicators.

Today, maintaining the competitiveness of innovation and economic growth and development by strengthening and promoting entrepreneurship is one of the most important economic concerns of the leaders of countries worldwide. The requirement for the development of productive entrepreneurship is to create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that provides smooth and favourable conditions for the growth and flourishing of entrepreneurial activities of high-growth companies and creative and innovative startups. In this research, an attempt has been made to present the evolutionary model of Iran's startup ecosystem. In the current research, 2 ecosystems have been studied and investigated. The method of collecting information is library-based and based on the official statistics of the Global Entrepreneurship Development Institute and the official website of the World Bank and FAVA (Iranian Technology and Information Organization), GNOME Institute, the Central Bank and the Department of Statistics and Information of Iran. This article has three phases. The first phase is to determine the components and factors that define the startup ecosystem, and the relationship between them is also examined. The map produced in phase one and the presentation of the maturity model for the evolution process of the ecosystem under it. In this phase, the mixed method of literature review and a panel of experts has been used. The third phase aims to refine and validate the evolutionary and maturity model presented in the second phase. Following the necessity of adopting a comprehensive approach to the category of promoting and supporting productive entrepreneurship which leads in the current research, the elements are explained and the nature of the startup ecosystem is taken into consideration, and according to the nature of the startup ecosystem and the need to create systemic changes And comprehensively, in this approach in three phases and case research in three regions, we achieved a mature and evolved model in Iran's startup ecosystem.

The aim of this article is to approximate the solution of nonlinear second-order Dirichlet boundary value problems of ordinary differential equations directly using the hybrid block method. To derive this method, we first transform the boundary value problem to its corresponding second-order initial value problem via the nonlinear shooting method. Then, a direct one-step hybrid block with three off-step points is derived using a collocation and interpolation approach. The numerical results clearly show that the developed method is able to generate good results when it is compared with the existing method in terms of error.

Using the Internet of Things technology, it will be possible to control the smart devices and appliances in a smart home. In this paper, the policies and concerns of users of smart devices and devices in homes and the factors that threaten privacy and access control in the Internet of Things are identified. In order to prevent the factors that cause these limitations, a non-linear model with its application in the smart home is presented. It is also investigated at which stage access to the Internet of Things weakens the security of smart homes and attacks by hackers. The independent variable of this research is the safe design of the smart home, and the variables of speed, time, usefulness, efficiency, ease of use, usability and security are dependent variables. The emphasis of this paper is on the use of blockchain technology to store the security rules in the form of a script inside the blockchain and the security rules are not concentrated in one place. Finally, a non-linear model is presented that can cover some of the security disadvantages of using the Internet of Things in smart homes and increase the security of the smart home.

The primary purpose of conducting the above research is to use the meta-analysis approach to prove whether past researches provide a consistent picture of the drivers of audit report delays or not. These variables include; The independence of the board of directors, the size of the board of directors, the size of the audit committee, the independence of the audit committee, the financial expertise of the audit committee, the number of meetings of the audit committee, and the duality of the CEO. To achieve the goal of the above research, the approach of Lipsey and Wilson (2001) was used and also, and the implementation of Cochran and Egeer's Q tests including 9 domestic articles and 19 foreign studies during the years 2010 to 2023 was investigated. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the size of the board of directors and the size of the audit committee, the independence of the audit committee, the number of meetings of the audit committee, and the duality of the CEO with the ARL. However, there is a significant negative relationship between the board of director's independence and the audit committee's financial expertise. The activity of expert auditors in the audit committee can speed up the audit process of companies and ensure that financial statements reach users on time. In addition, shareholders can take the main step toward timely financial statements by electing an independent board of directors.

The main objective of the present study is to assess the relationship between financial constraints and stock price crash risk. In other words, this paper seeks to answer “whether financial constraints can lead to the decline of stock price crash risk or not”. The study method is descriptive correlation based on published information from listed firms on the Tehran Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2019, with a selected sample that includes 119 firms (952 observations). The method used for hypothesis testing is linear regression using the integrated data. The obtained results from hypothesis testing show a positive and significant relationship between financial constraints and stock price crash risk, which means the more financial constraints in Iranian business firms, the higher the risk of stock price crash. Since this paper is carried out in an emergent financial market, like Iran, that is highly competitive with severe economic sanctions and high inflation, it can provide helpful information in this area for the readers and contribute to the development of science and knowledge.

In 1984, Khan et al. established some fixed point theorems in complete and compact metric spaces by altering distance functions. In 2020, Lotfy et al. introduced the $\alpha_{*}$-$\psi$-common rational type mappings on generalized metric spaces applied to fractional integral equations. In 2022, Roy et al. described the notion of Branciari $ S_b$-metric space and related fixed point theorems with an application. In this paper, we introduce the notion of fixed point theorems for $\alpha_{*}$-$\psi$-$\beta_{i}$-contractive set-valued mappings on Branciari $S_{b}$-metric space with application to fractional integral equations.

The Shannon entropy and the logical entropy of fuzzy σ-algebras are well-known instances of entropy. In this paper, we introduce and study the Tsallis entropy of order α of fuzzy σ−algebras on F −probability measure spaces, where α ∈ (0, 1)∪(1, ∞). Moreover, we study the conditional version of this entropy and examine its basic properties.

The tourism industry, with its strategic role in the economic prosperity of a country, has become a passage for sustainable development. One of the necessities of every business is to know the preferences and understand the customer experience. Understanding the customer experience is often done through questionnaires and surveys, which has limitations that have caused the answers to be inaccurate, as well as the orientation of the questions based on the researcher's mind. With the emergence of social networks, users present their opinions regarding the experience they had with products and services. This causes the production of valuable big data. Online reviews are one such source of data, created from customers' self-reports of their experiences. Considering that the hotel industry in Iran needs to develop and increase the share of the international market, the online reviews of five-star hotels in Iran were analyzed on the world-renowned platform. In this study, the approach of frequency analysis and semantic network analysis was used to extract topics in the perceived experience of customers, then using factor analysis, hidden factors were discovered. Finally, to model the relationship between the factors and its effect on satisfaction, a linear regression model was performed. This research obtained valuable findings from the opinions of customers that in addition to the major role of staff behavior, room facilities in satisfaction, the different role of food service in different meals, the effect of the beauty of the city and the purpose of the trip can be mentioned.

In this article, the methods and software used for seismic hazard analysis are presented. Ardabil province is part of the Western Alborz tectonic unit-Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan region is considered one of the~tectonically active regions. The main activity of this region is the result of the movement of the Arabian block, which affects the north-western corner of Iran, the Caucasus Mountains and eastern Turkey by 3 cm per year. This research was conducted to determine the seismic hazard of Ardabil province using a probabilistic method. After determining the characteristics of seismic sources, the seismicity or time distribution of the earthquake event was investigated and a regression relationship was used to determine the seismicity of each seismic zone. Determining the ground motion resulting from an earthquake event of any possible magnitude in the site, which may occur at any possible point of each source area, was done using attenuation relationships. Finally, the uncertainty in the location of the earthquake and its magnitude were combined in determining the ground motion parameters to determine the probability in which the ground motion parameter occurs in a certain period. The calculations were performed using the R-CRISIS software utilizing the Gutenberg-Richter seismicity model. This study revealed that the north and southwest faults of Ardabil province are the most active source in terms of seismic hazard. The maximum value of the magnitude of the earthquake for Ardabil province for the return period of 475 years was obtained at 8.2-8.8.

The independence of audit institutions has an effective role in the quality of audit institutions' reports, the fees of audit institutions, and the disclosure of frank and open opinions of audit institutions, away from any financial and kinship relationships, etc. So far, the independence of the auditor and its criteria have been discussed more than the independence of the auditing institutions. In the current situation, the appearance of the auditor's choice is based on legal criteria, and this choice is often made by the managers who are responsible for the company's performance. Although the commercial law leaves the selection of the auditor to the general assembly and the charter of the audit committee of the Securities and Exchange Organization entrusts the task of examining and recommending the auditor to the audit committee, but the selection is made by the board of directors, the managing director, the director of the affairs of assemblies and companies and sometimes it is done in lower organizational levels, such as financial managers, which brings many problems. Therefore, our goal is to provide the optimal model for the selection of audit institutions by an independent institution and authority, with an emphasis on independence. For this purpose, we used the fuzzy Delphi method to collect the opinions of experts in this regard. The selection of the audit institute and the assignment of work to the audit institutes by an independent and reference body will increase the independence of the audit institutes. The results of this study show that we can increase and maintain the independence of the audit institutes and not the auditor in this way. Choosing audit institutions with this approach can have many positive effects, including proper distribution of work between audit institutions, increasing the quality of audit institutions' reports, increasing investors' trust and as a result increasing investment, preparing a reliable and independent report without the influence of the manager and the company, for the institutions to carry the executive and supervision of the country.

When hearing the term fuzzy logic, the first thing that the mind immediately goes to is the field of non-deterministic arguments, and if we want to use a term close to it to make its meaning a little clearer, we can say that fuzzy logic is the same as Armagon's logic. It is an approximation that, ironically, the literal meaning of the word "argument" also refers to the clarification of something by the same thing (function input or armagon). Now the basic question is that while the educated mind of man has considered logic as equivalent to the mechanism of definite perceptions and accurate results for more than a thousand years, how can we talk about the invention of a logical method that is based on uncertainty? This question is doubly important from the aspect that our approximate arguments in the context of our lived life are more than our exact, definite and unambiguous arguments, that is, the same arguments that classical logic, whether in its old or new language, He leaves it aside and does not pay attention to them, and of course he is forced to do this because he does not have the tools to analyze these arguments. This is where we unknowingly remind ourselves of Bacon's angry regret, who considers Aristotelian logic to be a fantasy that causes waste and diversion of great talents over many centuries, a continuous and constant effort without helping a person to improve the quality of his life; A bunch of delusional nonsense, the result of which, perhaps in the most optimistic state, is Scott's adversary and the victory of futility in verbal disputes, of course, if we do not say only pointless boasting and scrutiny based on rhetoric, the fruit of which is the explanation of rational axioms. If Mr. Bacon knew about fuzzy logic, he would have corrected his view of logic, and to be more precise, he would have separated Aristotle from logic, not logic from science. One of the most important advantages of fuzzy logic is that it can introduce a way to enter the knowledge and experiences of experts into intelligent systems that are based on sensitive and practical decisions and choices and develop the previous absolute correct and incorrect logic. The basis of the analysis in the present research is to examine the components of two types of logic, i.e. classical logic and fuzzy logic, and clarify the understanding of the logical concepts and philosophical foundations of classical logic, as well as comparing it with the concepts of fuzzy logic. The research results indicate: these two types of logic have fundamental differences from an epistemological point of view; Aristotle's epistemological foundation is based on the certainty-oriented duality of "either this/or that", while the fuzzy epistemological foundation is based on a multi-valued system and that both logics are a contradictory understanding of what the mind and the external world are and the connection between They both give hands.

In this paper, we defined $\alpha_{G}-$admissible interpolative type contraction mappings in $G$-metric spaces. We proved some convergence results for such classes of mappings using the properties of $G$-metric space and found the fixed point results for such contractive mappings. To elaborate on the results we provided some examples, which show that our results hold in the setting of $G-$metric spaces.
