		<Abstract>The main goal of the present paper is to obtain several fixed point theorems for both multi-valued and single-valued mappings in Menger $PbM$-spaces, which is an extension of Menger $PM$-spaces. In this paper, we introduce different types of contractive mappings by introducing the notions of $(\alpha-\psi)$-E-type simulation function and $(\beta-\psi)$-E-type simulation function in Menger $PbM$-spaces which is a generalization of simulation functions introduced by Khojasteh. Furthermore, we present some nontrivial examples and an application to the existence of a solution of the Volterra-type integral equation.</Abstract>

		<Abstract> $L$-functions are complex functions associated with number-theoretic objects such as number fields, elliptic curves, modular forms, and automorphic representations. The general form of an $L$-function can be represented as a Dirichlet series, an Euler product, or in terms of its analytic continuation and functional equation. One of the most famous $L$-functions is the Riemann zeta function, defined as: $\zeta(s) = 1^{s} + 2^{-s} + 3^{-s} + \cdots = \sum_{n=1}^\infty n^{-s}$, where s is a complex number. $L$- function plays a fundamental role in studying prime numbers and connects to important conjectures like the Riemann Hypothesis. In this paper, we study the uniqueness of transcendental meromorphic functions and $L$-function whose certain difference-differential polynomials share a small function and rational function with weight, where $L$-function is a function that is Dirichlet series with the Riemann zeta function as the prototype. The Selberg class $S$ of $L$-functions is the set of all Dirichlet series $L(s)=\sum_{n=1}^{\infty}a(n)n^{-s}$ of a complex variable $s=\sigma + it$ with $ a(1) = 1$.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This paper aims to develop a strategic model for the success of Iranian startups in the field of information technology. This research is qualitative in terms of research methodology, inductive in terms of research approach, pragmatic in terms of the governing paradigm, grounded theory in terms of research strategy, and semi-structured interviews in terms of data collection source. With the help of purposive sampling, 15 individuals were selected as the statistical sample, which was determined based on the saturation rule. In the quantitative section, the statistical population consisted of managers of IT-based service startups in the year 2023, totalling 120 startups. The sample was selected through census sampling due to the limited number of the statistical population, and the final integrated model was obtained using the Interpretive Structural Modeling method. Subsequently, to examine the effect of the identified components in the obtained model, foundational research was conducted in the fall of 2023, collecting descriptive-correlational data for successful and failed startups, in a cross-sectional manner. Given the breadth of the population, to reduce costs and save time, 80 samples were selected from this population based on Cochran&#039;s formula and with the help of the logistic regression method. Ultimately, a composite model of the research was obtained. The results of the data analysis showed that the three main dimensions as the primary aspects of failure of startups in Iran are: external environmental factors of the business, internal environmental factors of the business, and factors related to the founders, management team, and human resources. Legal and international limitations, macro governmental policies, and structural and infrastructural factors are among the most important factors of failure for startups in Iran. Additionally, government support leads to financial capability and improved liquidity in startups. Suitable upstream policies and planning that facilitate the business environment can help the success of startups.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>In a world where market conditions always change, relying only on advertising is not enough to gain consumers&#039; attention. Building brand awareness, attention, and even choice is clearly more difficult than it was a century ago. Customer experience management is one of the methods that is increasingly used to solve this problem. Business leaders and marketing researchers believe that customer experience is important in the company&#039;s competitiveness and call it the basic pillar of marketing management. On the other hand, consumers who are exposed to a multitude of options from different sources with multiple offers, containing a set of features and benefits, are confused about a specific choice. This can be especially confusing when it comes to choosing a service, especially one like insurance. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of the background and consequences of customers&#039; experience of confusion in choosing an insurance company. In this research, the researchers have used a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. For this purpose, the first study, was to know the components of customers&#039; experience of confusion in choosing an insurance company from the foundation data approach, and in the second study, the model was tested using the quantitative method of structural equation modelling. The required data in the first study was collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and experts in the insurance industry and in the quantitative part by a questionnaire taken from the results of the qualitative part, which the customers of the insurance companies completed. The researchers reached theoretical saturation by conducting fifteen interviews and finally extracted and coded 191 open codes and presented their results in the form of six main dimensions including customer confusion (consequence), customer experience (core), brand equity (strategy) damage stage (causal conditions), brand reputation (contextual conditions) and online sales (intervening conditions). Then, it is related to the test of the obtained model. The data analysis in this section showed that the variable of brand reputation on brand equity is (3.047), customer experience on brand equity is (3.286), customer experience is on confusion (4.889). Damage stage has an effect on customer experience by (5.712) and brand equity has an effect on confusion by (4.718). The evaluation of the research model in the quantitative part showed that the damage stage had the greatest impact on customer experience, and the impact of customer experience on confusion and brand value on confusion was in the next ranks. Regarding choosing the services of insurance companies, what will create a positive experience for customers is the provision of fast and complete services (timely and complete payment of damages), which in turn reduces confusion. To achieve success in the ever-increasing competition, an insurance company must pay attention to the changing needs of its customers and, at the same time, pay special attention to customer experience management and reduce confusion to be more successful and dynamic than its competitors. In the end, suggestions are provided to create a pleasant experience and reduce customer confusion.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This research was done to provide a levelled model of marketing strategies to improve the financial and commercial performance of businesses. From the point of view of the result of its implementation, the upcoming research is applied research, to implement exploratory research and descriptive research using a survey method. The information needed for the research to present the model was collected using semi-structured interviews with 15 experts in the subject field of the research, i.e. people in the field of marketing who have a working experience of more than 10 years and have a doctorate in marketing management. In this research, using Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM), a stratified model of marketing strategies was designed to improve the financial and commercial performance of businesses. The results of the interpretive structural analysis (ISM) by the exploratory model showed that the 15 components of the model were placed on two levels. The components of increasing sales, increasing market share, increasing brand value, increasing customers as business performance indicators, increasing profits and income, increasing liquidity and increasing investment returns as financial performance indicators that are at the first level of the ISM model are the most effective. and are the most dependent components of the model. In the second level, the components of marketing strategies include research and development marketing strategy, advertising marketing strategy, specialized marketing strategy, interactive marketing strategy, local marketing strategy, customer experience marketing strategy, content marketing strategy and digital marketing strategy, which are the most effective and influential components of the model.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>An adaptive controller for a time-varying non-linear non-affine system is designed based on the observer for chronic Myelogenous leukaemia (CML) as a blood cancer. Compared to recent research that concentrates on designing controllers for exact models of CML, our approach deals with designing controllers for nonlinear uncertain models in which the function of the system is unknown. This approach deals with the nonlinear observer-based design to reduce both the hardware and sensors for parameter estimation of the diseased. In the proposed method for designing a suitable controller, fuzzy systems are used as a general approximator and also their parameters are calculated in such a way that the stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed. Compared to the investigated methodologies that concentrate on the designing controller for the known dynamical models, the proposed approach deals with the unknown nonlinear model of Nonlinear of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia. Furthermore, instead of approximating the unknown function of the disease, this approach concentrates on the approximation of the control input to decrease computational values. This method is a supplementary tool for specialists who study in this field. Furthermore, one of the most important advantages of the proposed method is that the dynamics of systems are uncertain. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This research aims to identify and explain the components and antecedents of customer experience management in the maritime transport industry based on the customer journey approach. To this end, considering the theoretical gap in the research topic, a qualitative approach of grounded theory was employed. Sampling was conducted purposefully and theoretically. Data was collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with executives of manufacturing, trading, and forwarding companies that use the container line of the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines for export and import shipments. After conducting 22 interviews, theoretical adequacy was achieved. To assess the research&#039;s trustworthiness, the criteria of credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability were used. Based on the results of data coding and analysis, the antecedents of customer experience management in maritime transport were identified and analyzed in the form of causal conditions (brand position, maritime transport quality, and container terminal performance quality), intervening conditions (organizational factors, agency performance, information technology characteristics, and competitiveness), and contextual conditions (political and economic environment). In the quantitative phase, data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling with SmartPLS3 software. The obtained results confirmed the concepts and categories identified in the proposed research model. Furthermore, the goodness-of-fit indices indicated that the data and the structure of the research model had a good fit and were supported.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Military and defence industries constitute one of the most critical strategic parts of any country, playing a vital role in ensuring national security. These industries influence various parts through diverse channels, impacting the economic standing and growth of nations. Moreover, countries often allocate a significant portion of their public expenditures to military and defence industries to counter external security threats. Given the importance of the topic, the primary objective of this research is to examine the impact of military industries&#039; production in militarily producing countries on their economic growth. Data from 1990 to 2021 were analyzed using the dynamic panel least squares method to achieve this. The results indicate a significant positive impact of military industry production on the economic growth trajectory of countries producing military equipment. Additionally, variables such as foreign direct investment, net exports, technological advancement, inflation rate, and government size have a positive effect, while inflation rate and government size weaken economic growth in these countries. Therefore, policymakers and economic planners in militarily producing countries are recommended to allocate the military budget toward developing advanced military industries. This should be coupled with increased utilization of skilled and specialized labour, indigenous military and defence industry development, and reduction of reliance on military imports. These actions will likely lead to an improved trade balance, economic growth, and, subsequently, the economic condition of the nations.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>It is important and necessary to pay attention to the factors affecting auditors&#039; judgments and decisions. Researchers believe that by identifying the personality traits of people, including auditors, their behavior and performance can be predicted. Therefore, it is possible to examine the auditor&#039;s objectivity by knowing the characteristics of people, including thinking styles. Therefore, based on this argument, the present study examines the impact of thinking styles on the auditor&#039;s objectivity by considering demographic characteristics. The statistical population studied in this research includes all audit employees working in audit institutions, members of the official accountants of Iran and the audit organization in 1401. In this questionnaire, Svanberg et al.&#039;s \cite{40} questionnaire was used to measure the auditor&#039;s objectivity, and Sternberg&#039;s \cite{2} research questionnaire included 4 items (executive, judgmental, generalist, detailist) for the variable of thinking styles. SmartPLS third version software was used for data analysis. The results showed that, according to the obtained path coefficients, there is a positive relationship between the auditor&#039;s thinking styles and the auditor&#039;s objectivity, because the value obtained was greater than 1.96, which indicates the existence of a significant positive relationship between the auditor&#039;s thinking styles and the auditor&#039;s objectivity. Based on this, the first to fourth research hypotheses are accepted. Also, according to the fifth hypothesis, demographic characteristics directly and significantly affect the auditor&#039;s objectivity, and the fifth hypothesis is also accepted.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Let $R$ be a commutative ring with identity,  $M$ be an unitary $R$-module, let $\mathcal{S}(M)$ be the set of all submodules of $M$ and $\phi : \mathcal{S}(M)\rightarrow \mathcal{S}(M)\cup \lbrace\emptyset\rbrace$ be a function. A proper submodule $N$ of $M$ is called $\phi$-pimary submodule if $rx\in N \setminus \phi(N)$ where $r\in R$ and $x\in M$, implies that $x\in N$ or $r\in \sqrt{(N:M)}$. In this work, $\phi$-primary submodules are studied, and some results are obtained.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Taxation systems across most countries often employ a progressive scale to levy taxes on individuals. However, over the past two decades of the 21st century, the level of tax progression has notably declined, marked by a reduction in the number of tax rates. This shift can be attributed to the propagation of liberal ideologies that emerged in the mid-20th century. The taxation of individuals&#039; income can be structured under either a progressive or a flat scale of rates. However, there remains no consensus in economic theory regarding the preferable scale to adopt. In the context of a dynamic market environment with inflationary pressures, it may be prudent to link personal income tax rates not solely to absolute income levels but also to factors such as a household&#039;s subsistence level or its budget under comfortable circumstances. This proposed model of personal income tax, featuring a progressive scale, is particularly pertinent for urban centers with populations of up to 20 million people. Under this model, the tax burden for low-wage workers would increase by a modest US \$4.7 compared to the prevailing 13%. Similarly, the tax burden for medium-income earners would rise by US \$ 57.8, while for highly-paid individuals, it would increase by US \$ 372.9. Implementing this model holds the promise of substantially augmenting regional budget revenues while simultaneously narrowing the income disparity between high- and low-paid workers within the economy. This strategic approach to taxation underscores its potential to contribute to greater social justice and economic equilibrium.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>This article aims to explain how determining a company’s efficiency may explain investment anomalies. Investment anomalies point to a negative relation between company growth, adjusted rate of return, and future risk. When companies grow with plenty of investments, the market assumes this growth is positive news, but if the companies do not have the required skills for financing, the prices shall be lowered. The findings show that NSI, dAA, and IA anomalies are concentrated in companies with low returns. Furthermore, there is strong evidence that there is a strong relation between Manager-based efficiency and NSI anomaly and there is limited evidence that shows NOA efficiency plays a role in NSI, IA and NOA anomalies.</Abstract>
