Abstract
Considering the changes that have taken place in urban settlements and the country's urban planning and management system in recent decades, it is felt necessary to review the spatial-physical development management of the country's cities in order to eliminate the existing deficiencies and damages. Multi-criteria decision-making (VIKOR) and hierarchical analytical methods have been used in order to analyze the information and provide a strategic model for the integrated management of the Imam Khomeini Port city area. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the integrated management of urban privacy is one of the most important issues that can be pursued in the field of general concepts related to privacy for managers and urban and regional planners. This requires the creation of a legal environment and political support; in addition, it requires the allocation of educational programs, research projects, as well as the allocation of national, regional and local support budgets. The results of this research also showed that in order to implement an integrated model of sanctuary management in the city of Bandar Imam Khomeini, it is necessary to seriously and legally control the phenomenon of land grabbing, prevent the expansion of informal settlements in the sanctuary, and develop polluting and environmentally destructive industries.
