Peer Review Process

Manuscripts not adhering to journal guidelines will be returned to authors without scientific evaluation. Submitted manuscripts adhering to journal guidelines are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an Editor, who will assign them to reviewers. The Editorial Board prepares a decision letter according to the comments of the reviewers, which is sent to the corresponding author. A submitted paper will be refereed in the traditional way by at least four referees. Any member of the editorial board will try to make the decision within 3 months after submission. If necessary, the author(s) would be asked to revise the manuscript according to the referees reports.

This journal uses a double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.
