Abstract
The paper discusses the need for cross-functional coordination for the implementation of end-to-end business processes in a modern organization. Based on the analysis of systems concerning the motivation of staff and approaches to the formation of the key performance indicators we have developed the indices that take into account the interests of the organization departments with overlapping areas of functional cooperation. Using the example of marketing and logistics departments, the work proposes the system of measures of motivation, which take into account the interests of the units, which functions partially overlap. The results can be used to create a harmonious motivation system that minimizes the possible conflict of interests of units.
