Investigating the role of investment and productivity of Arvand, Qeshm and Kish free zones on export development

Abstract
In today's competitive economy, free zones are the vital artery of countries that have these strategic zones. Investing in these areas can be very profitable for the target countries due to access to the target markets, which leads to the prosperity of the production sector and, as a result, the development of employment in these areas and neighboring areas. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of investment and productivity in the export development of Qeshm, Kish and Arvand free zones. This research consisted of two hypotheses based on the significant effect of the investment variable in free zones on export development and the significant effect of productivity on export development. To collect the necessary data to test the research hypotheses, 20-year data was used between 1375 and 1395. According to the type of research, the panel data method was used to check the hypotheses. The results of the research showed that the investment variable has a positive and significant effect on the export development of free zones. Also, the productivity variable has a positive and significant effect on the export development of free zones.
