Investigating the social responsibility of the managers of the Iranian education system using the method structural equation

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the social responsibility of managers in education. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of method. According to the conceptual model of the hypotheses research, the statistical population of the research includes the staff of Qazvin Education Organization, whose number is about 16000 people. According to the statistical population, the sample size is 375, after designing a questionnaire and validity and Its reliability is tested for normality and hypotheses are tested
through structural equations. According to the obtained results, the study of the model of social responsibility of managers in the education system is approved.
